Cannoli cones, figs, honey, and almonds are among the best ingredients for Canicular days since they really require 15 minutes to prepare nutritious Italian dessert, served ice cream alike to enjoy while the heat is on.
All of you chocolate lovers can always add some semi-sweet mini chocolate chips to enjoy this Ricotta cheese filling cones. The best of all is that I used store bough, chocolate dipped ice cream cones!

Cannoli Cones with Figs, Honey and Almonds
Cannoli Cones with Figs, Honey, and Almonds are the best for Canicular and every other kind of days! Ready to serve in 15 minutes with no sugar added!
Ingredients
- 6 pre-made ice cream cones, dipped in chocolate ganache
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 fig, finely chopped
- Roasted almond slices to garnish
Instructions

In medium sized bowl, mix whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

Add honey, almond extract, and Ricotta. Combine to get smooth cream.

Add chopped fig into mixture and gently combine, using spatula.

Transfer mixture into a piping bag and pipe into cones.

Garnish with roasted almonds and honey and enjoy.
