Ingredients

  • 6 pre-made ice cream cones, dipped in chocolate ganache
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 fig, finely chopped
  • Roasted almond slices to garnish

Instructions

  1. In medium sized bowl, mix whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

  2. Add honey, almond extract, and Ricotta. Combine to get smooth cream.

  3. Add chopped fig into mixture and gently combine, using spatula.

  4. Transfer mixture into a piping bag and pipe into cones.

  5. Garnish with roasted almonds and honey and enjoy.
