I have done it late in the evening so I just left it in the fridge until the next morning to take photos and slice it to enjoy the tastes releasing.
There is one doubt, though. Since there is Eggnog in this lazy cake, it is not tag it as „kids friendly“.
If you would like to make this beauty without any alcohol at all, I suggest you use any creamy drink you prefer. Caramel or butterscotch milk shake works quite well.
Biscoff S'mores Eggnog No Bake Cake
Biscoff S'mores Eggnog No Bake Cake : no bake, lazy cake.
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- ½ cup eggnog
- ½ cup + 2 Tbsp whipping cream
- 3 ½ cup marshmallows
- 20 Lotus cookies, crushed
- 5 Lotus whole cookies
- 8 whole large marshmallows to dip into the mixture once poured in the bread pan
Cover small 7 x 3 inches bread pan ( 5 cups volume ) with baking paper so the ends extend over sides and spray with oil.
Take a large pot, pour the water into it and heat it.
Cover the pot with fitting bowl and put butter, eggnog, whipping cream and marshmallows into it.
Stirring constantly, melt the ingredients to get sticky mixture, completely melted.
Add crushed Lotus cookies and gently combine with spatula.
Place 5 Lotus cookies into the bottom of the pan.
Carefully pour the mixture into the pan.
Stick 8 marshmallows into the warm mixture, according to your inspiration.
Use baking paper ends to remove fudge from pan and garnish to taste.
Cut into slices and serve.
