What exactly is cookie butter?

Cookie butter is a decadent treat that’s gained a cult following in the United States over the last few years. It’s typically made from pulverized spice cookies, a fat, flour, and a whole lot of sugar until it’s spreadable like nut butter. For more details see Bonapetit .

While writing this text, it occurred me to write some words about the difference between latte and cappuccino.

Latte is lighter coffee version especially if you add ice cubes in your glass. However, you can make it stronger by adding one extra shot of espresso. But, in original form it is one shot, high volume of milk and some foam on the top.

Cappuccino, on the other hand, is a bit stronger recipe, containing the same amount of coffee, milk and foam.

It is difficult to say which one is sweeter. This depends on your personal preferences. I do not add any sugar to latte and cappuccino.

Both drinks are great to combine with so many flavors with and, of course, you can see so many different variations at every coffee shop!
