Pink Crincle Cookies : decadent pink surprise to chase the blues away.
There is an important thing to say: when I have made a dough to start making clumps, the color of the dough was intensively pink. Just as I wanted. What happened while baking was that the color just simply faded to light pink. If you expect your Pink Crincles to have intense color, add few drops of food color into the dough while mixing all the ingredients together. You can see the photo to decide to add additional color or not.
Pink Crincle Cookies
- 1 cup Strawberry powder drink
- 2 Tbsp Strawberry pudding powder
- 1 cup + 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup confectioners sugar
On the table, mix powder drink, pudding powder, flour, baking powder, salt, eggs and oil to get a nice dough.
Preheat oven to 180 C / 356 F.
Put 2/3 cup of confectioners sugar into a plate.
Cover two large baking pans with baking paper.
Get the clumps with teaspoon, roll them into small balls using your hands.
When you get the little ball, roll it into the confectioners' sugar and place it on the baking paper.
Since the cookies tend to spread while baking, place 20 max onto one baking pan.
Bake for 13 minutes and leave them to cool on the paper. Do not move them until cool completely.
