Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberry powder drink
  • 2 Tbsp Strawberry pudding powder
  • 1 cup + 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • pink food color, optional
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. On the table, mix powder drink, pudding powder, flour, baking powder, salt, eggs and oil to get a nice dough. Pink color is optional to add if you prefer intense pink color. Be careful not to overmix.

  2. Preheat oven to 180 C / 356 F.

  3. Put 2/3 cup of powdered sugar into a shallow plate.

  4. Cover two large baking sheets with baking paper.

  5. Get the clumps with cookie scoop, roll them into small balls using your hands.

  6. When you get the little ball, roll it into the powdered sugar and place it on the parchment paper.

  7. Since the cookies tend to spread while baking, place 20 max onto one baking sheet.

  8. Bake for 13 minutes and leave them to cool on the paper. Do not move them until cool completely.
