Elderflower Latte
Yum
Elderflower Latte is light summer coffee with floral notes. It can be easily done with decaff espresso as well.
Once you dive into the world of edible flowers, you cannot get out of it easily 🙂
It is not a new thing. One would say it has been forgotten for a while and the knowledge is coming back. That is a good thing, right?
Even thousands of years ago, cultures of ancient Asia, Greece, Rome, and the Middle East were known to use them for aroma and medical purposes.
Elder flower is not an exemption to that.
For us, elder flower latte unifies the best of two things we love: coffee and edible flowers!
For those who are new to our food creation blog, I would very much like to mention our loving elder flower recipes:

Each of these tells a different story so if you are interested in making any of them, let us know how it worked out for you.
