Five Minute Hazelnut and Carrot Soup is quickly done and loaded with vitamins: exactly what we all need. Eating carrots is perfect way to prepare your skin if you plan to get some colour on while on holidays since they are loaded with beta-carotene. All orange coloured plants and fruits are beta-carotene boosters, so if you need it, this is the way to get some.
For us, this was an excellent rejuvenating portion of healthy soup and quick introduction to week dinner, also.
Sorry, but this soup is not enough for both of us after long days we have. While having the soup, tortellini were cooked so we continued with some heavy stuff 🙂 but we had our share of vitamins : something like an evening smoothie it was , garnished with chives, eaten with a spoon.
Five Minute Hazelnut and Carrot Soup
Five Minute Hazelnut and Carrot Soup : Healthy carrot, hazelnut and apple mix.
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp hazelnuts, ground
- 2 carrots, medium sized, cut to slices
- 1 apple, peeled, quartered
- Allspice and salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
- Chopped chives to taste
Instructions

Put all the ingredients, except chives, into blender and blend them up until creamy.

Serve immediately garnished with chives.
