Strawberry Galette : spring flavours releasing and so easy to make !
Preheat the oven to 180 C / 356 F.
On flat and clean working surface, unfold the pie pastry ( 15 x 10 inches )
Combine cornstarch and sugar in a mug; sprinkle the pastry with it, leaving 1 inch on both sides so you can fold them easier before baking.
Arrange strawberry slices on the pastry and garnish with lemon zest.
Fold the side edges, press lightly, brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar pearls, optionally.
Bake for 30 minutes, take out, leave to cool for 5 minutes, cut the squares, drizzle with honey to taste and serve.
