
Shrimp Pasta with Parmesan Cheese Sauce: Easily done lunch under all circumstances.
In a pot, boil the Bavette (or any other pasta) in salted water, according to the instructions.
While the pasta is boiling, fry the shrimps and butter in large skillet over medium heat for 4 minutes.
Add cream, Parmesan, garlic, nutmeg, red pepper flakes, and salt to taste.
When pasta is cooked to be al dente ( 8 mins for Bavette), drain it, put it back in the pot and add the other ingredients.
Gently mix and serve, garnished with parsley leaves and parmesan if desired.
