Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cups shrimps
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/8 cup white wine
  • 1 tsp Mediterranean spices
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Pepperoncini powder to taste
  • Parsley leaves, chopped, to taste
  • Rice pasta to your taste / I used rice vermicelli for two persons
  • Parmesan to tast, to sprinkle on the top before serving

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pan and add shrimps.

  2. Season with salt and saute for two minutes on one side and then flip and saute for another two minutes.

  3. Bring water in medium size pot to boil and soak rice vermicelli for three minutes.

  4. Pour wine, add Mediterranean spices, garlic powder and pepperoncini powder into the pan with shrimps. Simmer for two, maximum three minutes. Add chopped parsley and take off the heat immediately.

  5. Strain off the noodles and rinse with cold water.

  6. Serve pasta with shrimps immediately and garnish to taste ( parmesan is our option).
