
Chorizo Sausage Pasta is simple pasta dish ready under 30 minutes even if you make your own pasta at home!
In medium sized pan, fry chorizo slices with vegetable oil on both sides.it takes 4 minutes.
Add garlic, chopped parsley and heavy cream.Simmer for 2 minutes. If you find your sauce too thick, add 2 Tbsp water.Combine and leave aside.
For 3 persons, use large pot, pour water init, add pinch of salt, bring to boil and prepare according to package instructions.
We made home made pasta which takes 8 – 10 minutes to prepare and boil depending on shape and thickness.
Since we used spicy Spanish Chorizo, only salt and some parsley is added. Feel free to add whichever spices you enjoy.
