
Chewy Chocolate Chip Hazelnut Cookie Bars are rich in flavour, easy to make, cut to bars and perfect to dip into glass of milk. Ready in 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 C / 356 F.
Cover 7 x 11 inches baking pan with parchment paper. Leave aside.
On clean, flat working surface, combine, using your hands, flour, sugar, eggs, butter, salt, baking powder, vanilla extract, hazelnut aroma and hazelnuts. You'll get smooth dough.
At the end, add chocolate chips and combine.
Transfer the dough into prepared baking pan and even it using your fingertips.
Bake for 18 minutes, take out of th eoven and cool completely.
Once cooled, cut to ½ x 3 ½ inch bars.
