Butterscotch Blondies : fudgy blondies loaded with butterscotch chips !
On medium heat,in medium sized pot, melt butter and sugar. Take away from heat.
Preheat the oven to 180 C / 356 F.
Cover 7 x 7inches brownie pan with baking paper and spray with oil. Leave aside.
Add vanilla extract, sour cream, salt, flour and egg to butter mixture and stir it all together.
Add butterscotch chips and combine using spatula.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 21 minutes or until the edges begin to pull away from the sides of the pan.
Take out of the oven and let cool completely ( 1 hour ).
Slice to have nine squares and serve.
