Frog Legs Milanese are Italian staple food for centuries. This version is ready under 25 minutes and is amazing meat delicacy most similar to chicken.
Tap frog legs with kitchen paper and leave aside.
Prepare three shallow plates and put flour in one, whisked eggs in the other and breadcrumbs into the third one.
Dip each pair of legs into the flour, coating them completely.
Dip floured frog legs into the egg mixture, coating them completely.
Transfer egg coated legs into the breadcrumbs and coat completely too.
Heat vegetable oil ( not olive ) in saute pan on medium heat. Add 4or 5 pairs of legs into the pan. Don’t overcrowd.
Fry on both sides until golden brown. It should last for 5 – 6minutes. To be sure, check if cooked through.
Place cooked legs on paper towel lined plate to drain. Finish frying the remaining legs.
Serve with your favourite salad.
