Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black truffle ( tartufo ) paste
  • 1 ½ cup sliced canned button mushrooms
  • ¾ cup heavy cream or vegan substitute
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • Tagliatelle for two persons or any other pasta you prefer
  • Truffles powder or fresh truffles, optional

Instructions

  1. In medium sized pan, combine olive oil, black truffle paste, button mushrooms and heavy cream. Boil gently for five minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. At the same time, boil salty water in medium sized pot and boil your tagliatelle according to package instructions. My needed seven minutes.

  3. Don't rinse pasta. Just grab your pasta with pasta fork and simply transfer tagliatelle into the pan with the finished sauce. That way sauce (sugo) sticks to pasta much better.

  4. Serve immediately garnished with truffles powder or grated fresh truffles.
