Toblerone from Scratch

Toblerone from Scratch is elegant no bake holidays easy recipe made with honey, chocolate and almond slices. Just like the original chocolate bar!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup blanched,sliced almonds
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Cover triangular mold cake pan with transparent foil. Let it fold over the cake pan so you take the chocolate out easier once cooled.

  2. In medium sized bowl, combine honey and salt. Leave aside for a while.

  3. Place both chocolate chips into microwave safe bowl and melt at 70 % power for one minute. Avoid burning chocolate.

  4. Add chocolate to honey and combine using spatula.

  5. At the end, add sliced almonds and gently combine all together.

  6. Pour the mixture into the cake pan and leave to cool completely.

  7. Once cooled, take it out of the cake pan, take the foil away and cut thin slices to serve.
