Strawberry Rice Krispies are kid friendly dessert loaded with freeze dried strawberries and melted marshmallows.
Cover 7 x 7 inches baking dish (6 cups volume) with parchment paper and butter the paper.
Take a large pot, pour the water in, and heat it over medium heat.
Cover the pot with fitting bowl and put butter, marshmallows, and strawberry extract into it.
Stirring constantly, melt the ingredients over the boiling water to get sticky marshmallow mixture, almost completely melted.
Add crispy rice cereals and freeze dried strawberries to the mixture and stir intensively. That way, your marshmallows melt completely together with cereals.
Pour the mixture into the pan, press, and flatten it with oiled hands or spatula.
Cool for one hour at least, cut and serve.
If you store the squares in air tight container, they are tasty for 4 days, even if left at room temperature.
