
Purple Cauliflower Steaks are made of simply cut slices of purple cauliflower, brushed with olive oil, sprinkled with salt, oven roasted to make an easy week dinner served the way it suits you thebest !
Preheat the oven to 210 C / 410 F.
Cover baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice your cauliflower to ¾ inch slabs,vertically, using sharp knife and carefully place them on prepared baking sheet.
Brush top of your cauliflower with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 30 minutes. Cauliflower steaks need to be fork tender and golden on the top.
Carefully remove from the dish to the plates using spatula immediately and serve according to your preferences.
Notes: 450 grams cauliflower head makes 4 slices and I also included the small florets to bake as you can see the photos.
