Pumpkin Cream Liqueur

Pumpkin Cream Liqueur, homemade, with brown sugar, whipped cream, creamy pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and vodka, is our new drink recipe of the season.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup precooked, pureed butternut squash
  • 1 cup whipping cream ( for vegan version use coconut whipping cream )
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice mix
  • ½ cup vodka, 40 % alcohol
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine pumpkin puree, whipping cream, vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice mix in thick bottom medium size pot.

  2. Bring to boil over medium heat on your stove top stirring constantly. When the mixture starts to boil move away from the heat.

  3. Add vodka and combine.

  4. Pour into clean glass bottle and leave in the fridge to cool completely. I left it overnight.

  5. Enjoy !
