
Pumpkin Bread with Almond Flour is super moist pumpkin, lemon, and autumn spices delicious, healthy breakfast bread.
Preheat the oven to 180 C / 356 F.
Cover your loaf pan with parchment paper and spread with butter.
In medium sized bowl, combine dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon zest.
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and sugar. Add pumpkin puree and butter.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until completely combined.
Pour smooth batter into bread pan.
Bake for 35 – 37 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
When baked, take pumpkin bread out of the oven and leave it in the pan to cool completely.
