Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 ½ cup finely chopped button mushrooms
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp chopped oregano or thyme
  • 1 tsp chopped rosemary
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley leaves
  • Lemon juice to taste

Instructions

  1. Fry mushrooms with oil until there is no liquid left in the skillet ( 4 mins ). You get approx. 1 ½ cup of mushrooms after frying. Leave aside to cool.

  2. While mushrooms are cooling, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and herbs. Add to mushrooms. Combine.

  3. Serve with slices of bread to taste.
