Lotus Biscoff Truffles made of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger tasting cookie butter, Biscoff cookies, Ricotta cheese and chocolate powder for tasty no bake dessert done in several minutes !
Prepare a platter to place truffles, once done.
In two separated shallow plates, put bitter chocolate powder and golden sugar to coat the truffles later.
In medium sized bow, combine, using spoon or spatula, cookies,cookie butter, Ricotta cheese and pinch of salt.
Portion two teaspoons of batter and roll each truffle into ball.
Roll each truffle in chocolate powder or golden coloured sugar and place them on the plate previously prepared.
