Lavender Blueberry Double Chocolate Muffins are chocolate muffins with blueberries and lavender in the batter but also on the top of ganache. Perfect to serve with ice cream!
Place paper bags into 12 muffins hole pan and leave it aside.
Preheat the oven to 180 C / 356 F.
Whisk together egg yolks and butter in medium sized bowl.
Add the rest of muffins ingredients and combine until you get smooth texture. Do not overmix.
Fill the paper cups up to 2/3 and insert 3 blueberries inside of every muffin.
Bake for 16 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Take the pan out of the oven and leave blueberry muffins to cool completely.
For the ganache, melt the chocolate in microwave.
In a small pot, warm the heavy cream; do not bring to boil, just warm it and add chocolate chips.
Combine until smooth and take away from the heat.
Spread over muffins, garnish with blueberries and lavender flowers, optionally.
