
Invisible Apple Cake is the best autumn treat, easy to make and sooo tasty!
Preheat the oven to 180 C / 356 F.
Cover 10 x 5 inches bread pan with parchment paper and spray it with vegetable oil. Leave aside.
In medium sized bowl, mix eggs and sugar well. Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Combine well. Add dry ingredients and mix to get smooth texture batter.
Pour it in prepared bread pan. Sprinkle with almond slices.
Bake for 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Once you take your apple cake out, sprinkle it with dark rum. It enhances the richness of the cake amazingly.
Dust with powdered sugar before slicing and serving.
