Elderflower Syrup

citric acid

Put blossoms to clean plastic bucket.

Cover the blossoms with cold water.

Leave at room temperature (approx. 18 C / 65 F) for 24 hours.

Strain the mixture to another bucket or pot.

Add sugar and citric acid and mix until sugar and acid dissolve.

Pour the syrup through plastic strainer into clean glass bottles. Good luck with that one !
