In the medium sized bowl, mix all the ingredients. I do it using hands.

Leave the pastry to rest for 30 minutes if enough time.

Preheat the oven to 180 C / 356 F.

Cover the flat baking dish with baking paper.

Oil the paper and roll the pastry on the paper to get 10 x 10 inches dimensions.

Oil the rolling pin also, to make the rolling easier.

Bake the pastry for 15 minutes.

Take the pastry out and cut the slices when still warm.
