Preheat the oven to 180° C / 356° F.

In a medium sized bowl, mix all the cheesecake batter ingredients and leave them aside.

In a bigger bowl, mix all the brownies' ingredients.

Lay the baking paper into the brownies baking dish.

Pour one half of the brownies mixture on to the bottom of the dish.

Slowly pour the cheesecake batter on to the first layer.

Pour the rest of brownies batter over the cheesecake mixture.

Take a fork and gently trace out rounds in the batters. This creates the marble look once it is baked and cut into squares.

Bake at 180° C / 356 F for 35 minutes.

Turn the heat to 200° C / 390° F and bake for a further 25 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean.
