Soak your clean kitchen towel in the water, squeeze and leave aside. Make sure it is long enough for the log 13 inches long. Also prepare fine kitchen rope or butchers twine.
Fill large pot with water and heat to slowly start boiling.
Mix cream cheese, salt and egg yolks in medium sized bowl.
Ad oil and flour, spoon by spoon to avoid lumps.
In another medium sized bowl, mix egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Slowly add egg whites to cheese mix, using spatula.
Gently place cheese mixture on the longer side edge of your wet towel, roll it to form a loose log and firmly tie on both ends.
Slowly drop it to boiling water. Make sure your pot has enough water so your log floats. If water evaporates during boiling (it tends to do so) add more water into the pot.
Boil for 60 minutes.
Take your log out, cut the rope / twine and unfold your kitchen towel. Your log is ready to be sliced and served.
