
Carrot Crescents with Nutella are carrot rolls Easter recipe stuffed with Nutella. Lovely crescent rolls twist!
In medium sized bowl, mix, using spatula or spoon, flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
On a flat, clean working surface, quickly combine carrots, flour mixture and lard, using your hands.
Divide the dough into two balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cover two sheet pan baking dishes with baking paper and leave aside.
Roll out first dough to get a circle, approx. 11 inches in diameter.
Preheat the oven to 180 C / 356 F.
Cut the circle into eight triangles ( as if cutting a pizza ).
Spread a thin layer of your favourite spread on each triangle. I used Nutella.
Roll each triangle starting from the outside toward the center.
Place crescents on a baking pan ( eight per one dish ) and bake for 25 minutes.
Let them cool completely on the baking dish, remove to the serving plate and dust with icing sugar before serving.
