Biscoff Latte

Biscoff Latte is homemade latte recipe. Just combine your espresso coffee with smooth Biscoff spread, warm milk and foamed milk or whipped cream and enjoy. No extra sugar added!

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp espresso shot
  • 2 Tbsp cookie butter spread
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • ½ cup foamed milk
  • 2 Lotus cookies, crushed
  • Speculoos spices, optional

Instructions

  1. Prepare your espresso shots.

  2. Pour your coffee in the glass and combine with cookie butter.

  3. Pour warm milk over the coffee mixture.

  4. Top your milk with milk foam, sprinkle with Biscoff cookie crumbs and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

You may top your latte with  whipped cream instead of milk foam and then add crushed cookies.
