Ingredients
- 16 Lotus Biscoff cookies
- 4 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
Instructions

Pulse your Biscoff cookies until you get crumbs. You may also wrap them in plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.

Add coconut oil and butter. Combine to get smooth spread.
