Ingredients

  • ½ grilled onion
  • 1 lb Entrecôte ( intercostal meat )
  • 1 parsley root
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 kale leaf
  • ¼ celeriac
  • Salt, black pepper to taste
  • ½ bouillon cube
  • 7 cups water
  • Fresh parsley and oregano leaves to taste
  • 1 Tbsp tomato passata

Instructions

  1. In large, 9 inches wide, thick bottom pot, put all the ingredients except tomato passata and let slowly boil for 1 hour and 25 minutes.

  2. Add tomato passata and boil for another 5 minutes.

  3. For the best results, I suggest you separate bouillon from vegetables and meat as soon as it cools. Keep in the fridge.
