
Bacon Wrapped Chicken Livers are budget friendly and easy livers wrapped in bacon slices. Perfect and healthy appetizer or week dinner.
Prepare mashed potatoes according to instructions.
Wrap chicken liver into bacon slices and pin them with the toothpick. Do that with all liver. I made 25 rolls.
Fry rolls on stove top, on medium heat until well baked and golden brown on all sides. It should take 10-15 minutes. Just make sure they are not pink in the middle.
Serve on mashed potatoes with slice of lemon to sprinkle over rolls.
