Ingredients

  • 12 Tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 3 Tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • Slices of apricot ( canned halves in syrup ) to taste
  • Mint leaves to garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats and hot water in clean glass jar ( 1 ½ cup volume ).
  2. Place in the fridge overnight ( at least for 8 hours ).
  3. In the morning, add pomegranate seeds and sliced apricots.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy.
