hot water

pomegranate seeds
Slices of apricot ( canned halves in syrup ) to taste
Mint leaves to garnish
Instructions
Combine rolled oats and hot water in clean glass jar ( 1 ½ cup volume ).
Place in the fridge overnight ( at least for 8 hours ).
In the morning, add pomegranate seeds and sliced apricots.
Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy.
