Preheat the oven to 180 C / 356 F.

Butter and flour the baking dish ( volume: 8 cups)

In a bowl, mix eggs, oil and yogurt.

Add ham, cheese, flour, baking powder, bell pepper, parsley, corn and salt. Mix gently.

Pour the mixture into the baking dish.

Garnish with smoked bacon slices.

Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
