Beef Bouillon Soup from Scratch : simple and full of flavours; once you make it, it becomes a kitchen staple !
In large, 9 inches wide, thick bottom pot, put all the ingredients except tomato passata and let slowly boil for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
Add tomato passata and boil for another 5 minutes.
For the best results, I suggest you separate bouillon from vegetables and meat as soon as it cools. Keep in the fridge.
