  • 3 cups yellow potato cubes, precooked
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 tsp horseradish sauce / cream
  • 5 Tbsp heavy cream


  1. In medium sized pot, on low heat, mash precooked potatoes, add vegetable stock, horseradish sauce / cream, salt to taste and ground black pepper. Mix well.

  2. When soup starts to boil, add heavy cream and boil for 2 – 3 minutes. Stir constantly on medium heat so the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

  3. Serve warm, garnished according to your preferences.

Recipe Notes

I suggest you skip any onion or garlic in horseradish soup recipes since the taste of horseradish is diminished by their intense flavours.
