Ingredients

  • Ingredients for pancakes:
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Ingredients for chocolate ganache:
  • ½ cup chocolate chip
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and sugar). Set aside.

  2. In another bowl, mix the eggs and peanut butter. Add the milk and lemon juice.
  3. Combine the dry and wet ingredients until smooth.
  4. Ladle the batter onto a hot griddle. Cook up to 2 mins on each side.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter, making 10 pancakes.
  6. In a small pot, slowly melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream, mixing frequently to get smooth ganache.
  7. Serve the pancakes warm with the ganache and enjoy!
