Mango Chia bars are juicy, tasty dessert with healthy chia kick.
Cover 7 x 7 inches pan with baking paper and spray it. Leave aside.
Preheat the oven to 180 C / 356 F.
Combine all crust ingredients on clean working surface and press half of it to the bottom of the pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
While the crust is in the oven, gently boil mango, lemon juice, cornstarch, syrup and chia seeds for 4 minutes.
Pour the mixture into the pan and sprinkle the remaining crust on the top.
Bake for additional 20 minutes.
Take the bars out, leave to cool and serve.
You may dust the bars with icing sugar before serving.
