Cashew Nut and Fruit Bars : delicious and easy to do !
Cover small bread pan ( 3.5 x 7 inches ) with foil and spray it. Leave aside.
In a bowl, mix all the bars ingredients and remove into the bread pan.
Press and flatten the mixture using your fingers and leave in th efridge to cool for, at least, fro two hours.
Combine chocolate chips, thick cream and water until smooth.
Take the bars out, cut the bars 0.5 inch wide and dip the ends to chocolate ganache.
Garnish to taste.
