  • 4 Tbsp hazelnuts, ground
  • 2 carrots, medium sized, cut to slices
  • 1 apple, peeled, quartered
  • Allspice and salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Chopped chives to taste


  1. Put all the ingredients, except chives, into blender and blend them up until creamy.

  2. Serve immediately garnished with chives.
