Cannoli Cones with Figs, Honey and Almonds

  • 6 pre-made ice cream cones, dipped in chocolate ganache
  • 1 cup Ricotta
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 fig, finely chopped
  • Roasted almond slices to garnish


  1. In a large bowl, mix whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

  2. Add honey, almond extract and Ricotta, slowly mixing.

  3. Add chopped fig into mixture and gently combine, using spatula.

  4. Transfer mixture into a piping bag and pipe into cones.

  5. Garnish with roasted almonds and honey and serve immediately.
