Salt steaks to taste.
In a frying pan, cook chicken steaks for 5 minutes on each side. Add garlic and a pinch of thyme.
When the steaks turn golden brown, add white wine ( Chardonnay ) and reduce the heat to medium so the ingredients combine well, slowly boiling for 15 minutes.
While steaks are cooking , combine all dumpling ingredients and leave aside.
In medium sized pot, boil the water with the pinch of salt and start making noodles using teaspoon. Drop them into the boiling water. Dumplings are ready when they raise to surface.
Serve immediately.
