Apple Lavender Jelly

This amazing Apple Lavender Jelly is so easy to make ! You just follow the recipe and combine apple juice, lavender flowers, pectin and lemon juice and within fifteen minutes you have perfect fish glaze or jelly to assemble macarons.

  • 3 cups apple juice
  • 3 Tbsp pectin
  • 3 Tbsp white sugar
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp lavender


  1. Combine sugar and pectin in a mug and leave aside.

  2. Pour apple juice and lemon juice into medium sized pot and bring gently to boil on medium heat.

  3. Add pectin mixture and boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. At the end, add lavender flowers.

  4. Remove your jelly away from heat and pour into clean and dry glass jars.

  5. Let it cool and store.
