  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 Tbsp almond sticks, roasted
  • 2 Tbsp dried cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp coconut flour
  • ½ cup + 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup rolled oat flakes
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 Tbsp boiling water


  1. In a food processor / blender, grind pumpkin seeds, almond sticks and dried cranberries to get the approx. size of the rolled oat flakes.
  2. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients and add all the wet ones to get a smooth mixture.
  3. Prepare a tray and put the baking paper on it.
  4. Using your hands, form the balls of 1 inch in diameter and lay them on a baking paper.
  5. Put in a fridge overnight so the balls become firm for the other day.
