Lavender Blueberry Double Chocolate Muffins : perfectly matched blueberry and lavender muffins with lots of chocolate.
Place paper bags into 12 muffins hole pan and leave it aside.
Preheat the oven to 180 C / 356 F.
Mix egg yolks and butter in medium sized bowl.
Add the rest of muffins ingredients and combine until you get smooth texture.
Fill the paper cups up to 2/3 and insert 3 blueberries inside of every muffin.
Bake for 16 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Take the pan out of the oven and leave to cool completely.
For the ganache, melt the chocolate in a microwave.
In a small pot, heat the heavy cream; do not bring to boil, just heat it and add chocolate.
Combine and take away from the heat.
Spread over muffins, garnish with blueberries and lavender flowers, optionally.
