Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp flour
  • 4 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp butter unsalted
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 2 Tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sheet cake pan and cover it with a baking paper.
  2. Cover the back side of the tablespoons with butter.
  3. Mix all the ingredients on a table and form a roll.
  4. Cut 16 equal slices.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 C / 356 F.
  6. Take one slice of cookie dough and spread over the buttered back of the spoon and lay it carefully on the baking paper.
  7. Bake the cookies on the spoons for 13 minutes.
  8. DO NOT TOUCH THE SPOONS before they get cold.
  9. Let the boats and spoons cool completely and separate them from the spoons.
