Roll out the pie crust.

Spray a pie dish and place the pie crust in the dish (9 inches diameter). Leave aside.

Preheat the oven to 180° C / 356° F.

Mix the egg whites and icing sugar in a bowl until stiff peaks form.

Slowly add the egg yolks, vanilla extract, baking powder, pecans and lemon juice and continue mixing with a spatula.

Pour the brownie filling into the dish over the pie crust.

Bake for approx 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.

Cool completely before serving.

Serve with your favourite spread.
