Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp apricot syrup or fruit juice
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tangerines
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 kiwi
  • 7 apricot halves
  • 1 banana
  • Mint leaves to garnish

Instructions

  1. Open canned apricots in syrup.
  2. In medium sized bowl, combine cubed apple, sliced banana and kiwi and peeled tangerines and pomegranate. Add sliced apricots.
  3. In a small bowl, mix apricot syrup and chia seeds and drizzle over fruits and gently toss.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
